By purchasing or downloading any content from Training Snippets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

### 2. Licence Grant

Training Snippets grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site licence to use the purchased video content for internal employee training purposes only.

### 3. Restrictions

You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content; modify or create derivative works; remove watermarks or branding; use content for external training or commercial purposes without written consent.

### 4. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Training Snippets. Purchase grants a licence only — no ownership of content is transferred.

### 5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via email or download link. Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and Training Snippets accepts no liability for delays.

### 6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided once content has been delivered. Faulty files will be replaced at no cost.

### 7. Limitation of Liability

Training Snippets provides content for informational and training purposes. We accept no liability for workplace incidents arising from reliance on our content.

### 8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
