Individual Snippet Licence Agreement

Grant of Licence

Subject to payment, Training Snippets grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased snippet(s) for internal employee training at a single named business location.

Permitted Uses

You may: embed snippets in your LMS or internal presentations; show snippets in face-to-face training sessions; make backup copies for internal use.

Prohibited Uses

You may not: copy, distribute, or share snippets with third parties; use snippets for external commercial training; remove or alter watermarks; upload to public platforms.

Watermarking

Your company logo will be applied to each snippet as a watermark. The watermark identifies the content as licensed to your organisation.

Duration

The licence is perpetual for the purchased content version. Updates or new versions require a new purchase.

Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the licensed content.
